Here’s a simple yet beautiful way to serve antipasto to a crowd:
Ingredients:
2 cups grape tomatoes
8oz. Bocconcini (fresh baby mozzarella)
20 fresh basil leaves
8oz. good salami (or even pepperoni)
2 tbsp. D’Avolio Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Toothpicks
Directions:
Simply skewer antipasto ingredients and then display them on a platter. Just before serving, drizzle them with D’Avolio Tuscan Herb Olive Oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
This recipe can be made using olives, artichoke hearts, tortellini, and anything else that you can fit on the toothpick! Enjoy

I would use garlic oil too!
